with your event details, including the type of event, number of attendees, and any special requirements.

Our team will review your request and contact you to confirm your booking and discuss any additional needs.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE VENUE HIRE?

All venue hires include basic facilities such as seating arrangements, audio-visual equipment (where applicable), heating (weather dependent) and access to toilets. Additional services like catering, technical support, and extra equipment can be arranged at an additional cost.

CAN WE VISIT THE VENUE BEFORE BOOKING?

Yes, we encourage you to schedule a visit. Please contact our Venue Hire team to arrange a tour.

ARE CATERING SERVICES AVAILABLE?

 Yes, we are equipped to offer catering services for all types of events. Our catering team can provide a range of options from light refreshments to full meals. You are also welcome to bring your own catering by hiring the kitchen space. Please discuss your requirements with our

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations made at least 28 days before the event date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 28 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, we offer ample parking space for your guests at no additional cost.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON VENUE USAGE?

Our venues are available for a wide range of events; however, they must align with our values and community standards.
