SELF
DECLARATION
We will send you a Self-Declaration form to complete and send
back before progressing any further. This form will provide information of any conviction of a criminal offence, caution, reprimand or warning. This will not necessarily result in you not being accepted as a student but may affect some of the activities you can be involved in. If you are not British and are unfamiliar with this, please understand it is standard procedure for all applicants who may be involved in any way with children (under 18s) and vulnerable adults in the fulfilment of their role, which as a student may happen during outreaches and placements. Any information disclosed on the form will remain completely confidential and only be seen by the Principal and the Safeguarding Coordinator.
