HISTORY
Founded in 1947 in response to Europe’s post-war spiritual and physical needs, IBTI has a rich legacy of training and equipping leaders for ministry and mission. Rooted in faith, the college has impacted lives through revival, holistic discipleship, and global outreach. From its beginnings in Leamington Spa to its current home in Burgess Hill, IBTI continues to honour its foundation while empowering the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
At IBTI, a dedicated and diverse leadership team works together to nurture the college’s growth and mission. They simply love God, and love people. As part of a planned leadership transition, John and Eliana are mentoring Lisa and Davide to take on primary leadership roles while continuing to contribute through teaching and strategic guidance. Lisa and Davide are honoured to build on IBTI’s legacy, supported by a committed team, as they lead the college into a new season of equipping individuals for discipleship and advancing God’s Kingdom.
