HISTORY
Founded in 1947 in response to Europe’s post-war spiritual and physical needs, IBTI has a rich legacy of training and equipping leaders for ministry and mission. Rooted in faith, the college has impacted lives through revival, holistic discipleship, and global outreach. From its beginnings in Leamington Spa to its current home in Burgess Hill, IBTI continues to honour its foundation while empowering the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
LEADERSHIP TEAM
As of July 2025, Davide and Lisa have taken on the primary leadership of the college, building on the faithful legacy of Eliana and John, who continue to serve IBTI through teaching, mentoring, and leadership in key areas. Their years of working together have shaped a culture of collaboration, honour, and shared vision that continues to mark this next chapter.
