Returns

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage where applicable.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

UK Shipping

• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

International Shipping (Europe Only)

• We currently ship to countries within Europe.
• Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 working days.
• Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs fees, or import duties that may apply.

• We are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.
• During busy periods or due to our limited capacity, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
