Background

The I.B.T.I was started just after the 2nd World War by Fred Squire, a man given vision by God in order to train young men and women to be better equipped to respond to the needs of their various countries. Our vision has developed from training young men and women in order for them to return to their own counties, to a broadening of intent which now includes: personal Christian development, academic and vocational learning, indigenous and missions ministry and post graduate mentoring.
